Managed remediation
We fix what the assessment finds
A report only helps if someone acts on it. Managed remediation is us doing the technical work — scoped, quoted, and delivered by the same Indigenous-led Australian team that ran your assessment.
How we work
- Indigenous-led Australian team
- Public pages only, rate-limited crawls
- Evidence for every finding
- Managed remediation available
What we take on
Remediation follows the assessment, so the work is already prioritised by impact before we quote it.
- Server-rendered content. Getting your actual content into the HTML the server returns, so an agent that does not execute JavaScript still sees your hours, prices and contact details.
- Discoverability. A valid robots.txt, a sitemap that resolves, canonical URLs that agree with each other, and correct status codes instead of soft 404s and redirect chains.
- Structured data. Machine-readable identity that matches your public pages, so software describes your business the way you would.
- Agent guidance. An llms.txt that summarises what your site is and which pages matter — cheap to add, and clearly labelled as an emerging convention rather than a requirement.
- Agent-facing endpoints. Where it makes sense for your business: declared content-usage preferences, an API catalogue, OAuth metadata, or an MCP interface so agents can act rather than only read.
How we work
Large organisations have engineering support behind them. Smaller businesses and community organisations often don’t — which is the gap this exists to close.
- Scoped and quoted up front. You see the work and the price before anything starts. No open-ended retainers, no hourly surprises.
- Same team throughout. The people who ran your assessment do the remediation. Nothing is handed to a stranger who has to relearn your site.
- You keep everything. The report and the plan are yours whether you engage us or take them to another provider.
- Built to last. We fix causes rather than symptoms, so the same findings don’t reappear at the next assessment.
Start with the assessment
We scope remediation from findings rather than assumptions, so the free assessment comes first. See pricing for how the two fit together.
